01. The Challenge

A healthcare provider identified a critical gap in post-operative care and chronic disease management. Patients often felt disconnected from their healthcare providers once they left the clinic, leading to poor adherence to medication and slow identification of complications. The requirement was for a mission-critical mobile platform that could securely sync with various medical IoT devices (wearables, glucose monitors, BP cuffs) and provide real-time alerts to medical staff if a patient's vitals fell outside normal ranges—all while strictly adhering to HIPAA and GDPR privacy standards.

02. Our Solution

We developed 'HealthTrack Pro' using React Native to ensure a consistent, high-performance experience across both iOS and Android. The app features a highly secure, encrypted communication layer using WebRTC for video consultations and a custom IoT integration bridge that handles data normalization from dozens of different device manufacturers. We also implemented a sophisticated 'Patient Dashboard' for doctors, which uses machine learning to prioritize patients based on the urgency of their latest data readings, allowing for proactive medical interventions.
